Product delivery terms

• All products ordered will be delivered by means of door-to-door distribution.

• All products will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from date of payment.

• Within the given delivery period, the distribution services will contact clients to notify them of the expected date and time of delivery.

• In the event of an order for multiple products, these products may be delivered at different times.

100 nights trial – only mattress

Clients are given the right to return mattresses if they are unsuitable or uncomfortable, even if not faulty, within 100 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

• The buyer is entitled to try the product for 100 days: in the event of the purchase of a second mattress, the second mattress is not eligible for any trial days (in the case of purchases made afterwards).

• There is no entitlement to 100 nights if the purchase is associated with a competitor’s brand.

• ZZZ will cover all transport costs for the return of products for which a complaint has been accepted.

• There must be a reason for the return of the mattress. If no reason is given for the return, the return will not be accepted.

• The communication to return the mattress must be made to the email returns@zzzfactory.com

• After the provisional acceptance of the reason to return, ZZZ will send a pre-completed return document to the client.

• The client does not need to keep the packaging but must keep the plastic bag inside. The product must be given to the courier wrapped in the plastic bag provided inside the product packaging. ZZZ Factory does not accept the return of the mattress if this procedure is not followed.

• The client completes the document and prints it 3 times (2 copies for the courier and 1 for the client).

• The client will notify ZZZ of the collection date for the mattress which is to be made upon the confirmation of the reason by which the mattress is being returned.

• When your returned products have been shipped to us, we will refund you using the bank account you paid from.

Scope of the warranty

Without prejudice to the applicable legal period for the warranty, ZZZ guarantees the good working order and adequacy of mattresses sold, and specifically:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Any defect related to the zipper.

• Damage caused during transport. This is only covered for complaints presented within a period of 60 days after the delivery of the mattress.

Without prejudice to the warranty provided for by law, no new contractual warranty will be provided for products which have already been substituted or repaired. In this case, the client is responsible for the transport of the products to ZZZ facilities.

Warranty period

For the Mornin’ Sunshine mattress:

The warranty for the mattress provided by ZZZ is valid for a period of 15 years, under the terms of the conditions, restrictions, periods and procedures given in these warranty conditions.

All complaints must be presented within a period of 60 days from the respective detection.

For the Tip-Top topper, the No Snooze and the No Snooze+ pillows:

The warranty provided by ZZZ is valid for a period of 5 years, under the terms of the conditions, restrictions, periods and procedures given in these warranty conditions.

All complaints must be presented within a period of 60 days from the respective detection.

For the Halo duvet and the No Snooze Power pillow:

The warranty provided by ZZZ is valid for a period of 2 years, under the terms of the conditions, restrictions, periods and procedures given in these warranty conditions.

All complaints must be presented within a period of 60 days from the respective detection.

Right to repair and substitute

• In the case of the confirmation of a claimed defect, after the physical analysis of the product, the client is entitled to the respective repair or, if this is not possible, to a product identical to the one purchased.

• If one or more products are not available after the processing of the purchase order, a refund will be given, or a later delivery date will be agreed upon.

The following complaints will not be accepted:

• Related to a slight sagging of the foam/firmness, caused by the natural passing of time.

• Related to any anomaly caused by incorrect or negligent use or handling of the product by the client.

• Any physical consequence to the product associated with accidents at home (flooding, fires…)

• Any anomaly related to:

• Bed frame which is not suitable for the mattress

• Non-use of a mattress cover

• Related to products used with evidence of an attempt to repair the mattress.

• If the damage is only located on the cover, only the substitution of the cover is accepted. The entire product will not be substituted.

• The normal oxidation of the foam throughout the years is not covered by the warranty.

• Related to the inadequacy to the individual or less comfort.

• Related to contact with any type of liquid substances, burns, cuts, tears, stains, footprints, body fluids, sun exposure, evidence of jumping on the bed. ZZZ recommends the use of a mattress protector to avoid any of the above consequences.

• The warranty does not cover small imperfections such as, for example, surfaces which are not 100% flat, or corners which are not symmetrical, fibres which may naturally come out from the protector – If ZZZ substitutes the cover of the product, its substitution will be carried out in accordance with the current style available for the product. This may have a different design, colour or cover material from the original.

• If made directly to the brand, if the purchase is made via retailers.

• In the case of the non-official resale of products, the return will not be accepted, whether the mattress is new or used.

• This warranty is only valid in the case of complaints presented by the original buyer and is non-transferable to other buyers.

Presenting the complaint

• The description of the problem, as well as all correspondence related to the complaint process must be sent to returns@zzzfactory.com, together with the receipt or proof of purchase of the product and photographs (minimum of 5) of the surface of the mattress or any visible defects. These photographs are essential for the assessment of the complaint.

• ZZZ reserves the right to request more photographs, descriptions or other information deemed necessary.

• If photographs are not sent, delayed, or are of bad quality, this may result in the delay of the substitution of the product or even the non-processing of the complaint.

Return procedures

Warranty Period

• The substitution of the covers may be delivered with different colours from the cover initially purchased.

• If the client wishes to substitute a defective product with one from a more up-to-date range, payment of the difference in the respective value will be charged. If ZZZ substitutes the cover of the product, its substitution will be made in accordance with the current style available for the product. This may have a different design, colour or material to the original cover.

About the anti-mosquito:

Our anti-mosquito repellent is a preventive tool against diseases and bites. It is a repellent and not an insecticide. Its characteristics prevent the approach or bite from a mosquito approximately 40 cm from the treated surface but does not 100% eliminate the possibility of being bitten. It is a technology which has been tested in species responsible for treating Malaria, Zika, Dengue, Yellow Fever, Chikungunya, Leishmaniasis and others.
